Photoshop CS6 vs. CC

Details of Photoshop CS6

As it was launched in 2012, Creative Suite has brought a new way to buy Adobe software.  It’s a kind idea and it seems to have been a success.  Typically, all Adobe products were sold using permanent licenses that never expire. So most users will stick to the Photoshop CS6 for a long time. Fortunately, Photoshop CS6 is the last version that Adobe will release more standalone version after CS6.

Details of Photoshop CC

Photoshop CC brings the Adobe Suite of Creativity to the cloud.   Photoshop does not charge users a flat fee for access, they pay a monthly subscription feel, The advantage here is that users do not have to spend a lot of money on each new version of Photoshop.

Photoshop CC vs CS6 Details

The CC interface is very similar to CS6.  There are still a few differences but these are not too big.  You don’t have to upgrade from CS6 to CC when we see their functionality.

Photoshop CC has all the functions of Photoshop CS6.  It also includes well-known programs such as Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Audition, Dreamweaver, and more.

To better understand CC we need to understand the Creative Cloud.  It comes with newer versions of applications that create the Creative Suite

All you need is an internet connection that you can keep up to date with.

That’s why if we talk about Photoshop CC vs. CS6 we can say the following.  Sure there is an advantage to Photoshop CC when we talk about cloud collaboration.  It’s great that you can share your files quickly and easily. On top of that, you can save customized settings, brush your workspace, and so on.  If you want, you can get 20 GB of free cloud storage which you can use for this data.
