All you really control in any given moment are TWO things, and TWO THINGS ONLY:

👉🏼 Your thoughts (which includes your reaction to people and events outside of yourself)
👉🏼 Your feelings

THAT’S IT!!!

This simplifies life, doesn’t it?

So whenever you find yourself in a place of lower vibration than you’d like, remember this…

…and start making incremental adjustments to your inner state.

It takes a bit of practice, but if you persist, you’ll see that you can start calibrate your thought frequencies just like you set your thermostat 🌡
