We mostly want to spend our terra tokens on more functional blueprints like 2 locker or drones, cocoa and wheat, or fuses. But the fountain may surprise you simply because you can drink from it! That makes it actually a fairly convenient item to slap down around your base. Then you don’t need to fiddle with water bottles quite as much.
