In this productivity guide, author Jonie Lambert demonstrates the most common tools and techniques from both the professional and Standard versions of Adobe Acrobat.

Once the workspace becomes familiar Joni then instructs users how to create single and multipage PDF documents from exisiting files, websites, programs and scanners.
In the second half of the training Joni shifts to more advanced features starting by discussing collaboration tools. This includes how to make the most out of sticky notes, comments, markups and stamps as well as review features when sharing your PDF documents with others. PDF Security is then covered as Joni demonstrates how to use certificates, passwords, security policies and digital signatures. The training is concluded with a look at additional productivity features such as using forms, using Acrobat Connect, the Read Aloud feature, watermarks and other advanced edting tools.
