What’s up guys Jeff from Sorta Healthy here! Today we’re back to talking about programming personal training sessions. When we’re talking about program design as a personal trainer, you can sort most trainers into a few groups.
Group 1: Trainers not keeping track of client progression or workouts
Group 2: Trainers who are spending way too much time programming
Group 3: Trainers who’ve found an efficient way to create sessions/programs
Of course, my goal is to get as many of you into the third group, or efficient programming personal trainers, as possible.
We also go over many other aspects of creating effective personal training sessions. Things such as which compound lifts to include, training session progression over time, and phasing/periodization are all covered as well! All of our training systems are newly updated for 2023 as well!
