Currently only 5% of 5-17 year old children and youth in Canada meet recommended
activity guidelines. In addition, the prevalence of obesity, which is linked to sedentary
lifestyles and suboptimal physical activity, has nearly tripled over the last 25 years.

Designed for parents with children ages 6-12, this video discusses the importance of regular physical activity, how much physical activity your child needs and how to get your child moving.
