Microsoft doesn’t provide any inbox method or tools to migrate from one Tenant to another tenant.

In Any migration, we need to move users and data to the target location. In this method, we are going to use Veeam backup application tool to backup and restore users emails, calendars, tasks and content to target Office 365vTenant. Users create manually at the target location.
