How to Use Microsoft To Do With Outlook, Teams & Planner

Learn to use Microsoft To Do with Outlook, Teams and Planner. This way you’ll be able to smoothly integrate Microsoft To Do with the other apps you may be using.
I’ll show you how to create a task out of an email. You’ll learn to create a calendar item out of a task. You’ll also be able to create a task out of a message in Microsoft Teams. You’ll have a good overview of your Planner tasks and can update Planner directly from To Do.

I will show you how Microsoft To Do Integrates with Outlook desktop and Outlook for the web. Outlook for the web is much better integrated with To Do than Outlook Desktop. You have the “my day” view in Outlook and can easily keep an eye on your tasks as well as emails. You can also quickly convert emails to tasks or add tasks to your Outlook calendar.
