Why go to college when I can just learn everything via the internet and videos?
No seriously, why?
(I don’t want my particularly bad experience with college to seem like every college is bad, but I would say that you should definitely research more about the college your planning on going to. Also theoretical stuff is useful as a base, but my college for some reason only ever offered those courses every year and I only got a class on UI design in my final semester. Lots of complexity theory but nothing about how to apply it in programming…)
