The Blockchain Council of the Philippines (BCP) has teamed up with the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) to roll out Integrity Chain—a blockchain-powered platform designed to embed transparency and accountability into national infrastructure projects.
The Integrity Chain aims to secure key data—including budgets, procurement processes, and construction milestones—on an immutable ledger accessible to the public, the two agencies said in a joint statement Monday.
