Machine Learning Fundamentals and Techniques
In this course, students will apply basic machine learning techniques to entry-level classification and regression tasks. Students will examine the purpose and basic workflow of the machine learning systems used in artificial intelligence. They will differentiate supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and introductory neural network concepts through applied examples. Furthermore, they will analyze model performance through introductory metrics and result communication, assumptions, limitations, and responsible use considerations.
